Q: Are there any benefits of joining the Clean Club Autoship program?
A: Yes. Aside from the no-hassle convenience, you receive FREE shipping on all of your Clean Club Autoship orders.

Q: When will my order be processed?
A: All Clean Club Autoship orders are processed when they are shipped. The frequency of their shipments is up to you and can be changed in your account.

Q: How do I select a product for automatic shipment?
A: There are a few ways to do this. You can select the Clean Club Autoship option on the product detail page next to the "Add to Cart" button. You may also select the "Clean Club Autoship" box next to the product's name in your shopping cart.

Q: Once I set up a Clean Club Autoship order, can I change the items on the order?
A: Yes. You may edit the items as often as you want, but if we've already shipped your Autoship order, the changes will take affect in the next shipment.

Q: Are there any specific requirements for an Clean Club Autoship order?
A: No. You can select most of our product for Clean Club Automatic Shipment. There may be some product specials or promotional packages which cannot be added.

A: Yes. You can cancel an Autoship order any time, unless that order has already shipped.

Q: How can I confirm that my order has been processed?
A: You will be notified via email when the order is processed.

Q: How many different products can I add to my Clean Club Autoship orders?
A: You can add as many different products as you like—the more the better!

Q: What if items on my Clean Club Autoship order are backordered?
A: You will be notified via email as to which items were backordered. They will be shipped separately when they become available at no extra charge to you.

Q: What happens if there is a problem with my payment for a Clean Club Autoship order?
A: If there is a problem processing your credit card (i.e., card is declined or expired), you will be notified by email or receive a phone call. It is your responsibility to correct the billing problem (i.e., change the credit card number, expiration date, etc.) before the end of the month. Once the billing information has been changed, we will immediately try to process the order.
